Kaitlyn’s Story

Hi! I’m Kaitlyn — a 32-year-old mom living with stage 4 metastatic melanoma in my bones and brain. I’ve been fighting for two years, starting at stage 3, and I haven’t given up. I’ve undergone surgeries, three types of immunotherapy and total brain radiation. It’s been a long battle, but the war is not over.

I have a lovely 3-year-old who keeps me busy and a wonderful military husband who has to leave home often. I enjoy reading, Taylor Swift, ceramics classes and spending time with my cats.
